Privacy Policy
LOOSHI LABO builds and operates small internal software tools and connectors ("Tools") that we use to run our own operations — for example, connecting to a Google account to power an internal automation or workflow. This page describes how those Tools handle data, and applies to all of LOOSHI LABO's internal Tools unless a specific Tool states otherwise.
Who operates these Tools
LOOSHI LABO. These Tools are for our own internal use, not offered as a public product or service to third parties.
What data is accessed
Depending on the specific Tool, we may request limited, often read-only, access to an account we control — such as read-only access to a Gmail inbox — solely to power the internal workflow that Tool exists for. A Tool only requests the narrowest scope of access it needs to function.
How data is used
Data retrieved through a Tool is used only to operate that Tool's specific internal workflow. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties. Data may pass through infrastructure providers we use to host or run a Tool (for example, cloud or VPS hosting), under the same confidentiality expectations we apply internally.
Data storage and security
Access credentials and any data a Tool retrieves are stored on infrastructure we control, access to which is restricted to authorized LOOSHI LABO personnel. We take reasonable technical measures to protect this data from unauthorized access.
Data retention
Data and credentials are retained only for as long as the Tool that uses them is active. When a Tool is retired, or when access is revoked, associated credentials and any locally stored data are deleted.
Revoking access
If a Tool connects to your Google account, you can review and revoke its access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

We may update this page as our Tools evolve. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
